Stafford Centre

This 30 year old shopping centre had one major tenant that moved to a new location. A project to refurbish the centre, started by the new Owners, developed into a plan to expand the use of the total available site at the same time. In the process, a wing was removed, a new wing built in a different direction, and separate buildings added in little used parts of the property to house a bank with some retail, and a major food store. Throughout the transition, the centre continued to operate with the remaining tenants in place.
