Complete retrofit of this 26 storey building for EDC Headquarters and Fintrac. The project included computer facilities, executive boardrooms, conference facility translation booths, executive kitchen and demountable SMED partition system, and a health centre. In addition, the building has two levels of retail space. The original base building mechanical and electrical systems and the original tenant fit-ups were designed by our Firm in the early 1980’s.
