350 Albert Street

The original fit-up in 1989 was for the Canadian Council Art Bank with approximately 2,000 sq.m. at 370 Catherine Street including base building upgrades. In 1994, Canada Council NSERC and the Art Bank combined into 13,000 sq.m. at 350 Albert Street. Over the years, we have completed over 125 fit-ups in Constitution Square, indicating a client level of stratification of which we are proud.
