JDS Uniphase

This high tech campus designed for a workforce of 4,500 people is a four phased development. Phases II and III each consist of four storey, 239,000 sq.ft. office, research, development and manufacturing areas including 60,000 sq.ft. of clean rooms. The design provides the flexibility to convert the labs to clean rooms and vice versa. Phase IV is a 200,000 sq.ft. corporate headquarters facility with a four level 24,000 sq.ft. atrium, a 250 seat auditorium, provision for a 2,000 sq.ft. fitness area, a large kitchen, a demonstration room, conference rooms, and executive offices.
