An eleven storey downtown office tower (275,000 sq.ft.) with three storey parking garage below grade. The building was designed to house the new CBC Ottawa Broadcast Centre on the first four floors with Public Works and Government Services Canada leasing the upper seven floors for the Information Services Directorate of the House of Commons. The CBC fit-up has a total area of 146,985 sq.ft. of which 73,810 sq.ft. is general office, and 73,175 sq.ft. is technical space such as studios, news room, support spaces, PBX, archives, computer rooms, printing, mail room, and viewing rooms.
