This building involved the construction of five storey's of office space totalling 5,020 square meters with two floors of underground parking totalling 2,555 square meters. The HVAC and electrical systems were designed to suit a range of needs for this space and factored in needs of the restaurant planned for the ground floor. Energy consumption was reduced through the use of a digital control system.
